1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelBrawl, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What ReelBrawl Does

ReelBrawl is a competitive guessing game where players watch short-form videos and estimate performance metrics such as likes or views in live duels.

We provide matchmaking, rounds, scoring, profile data, and leaderboard rankings.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. What You Must Not Do

  • Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or automate gameplay with bots.
  • Do not abuse the matchmaking system (e.g. repeatedly queueing and leaving, win-trading, or colluding with opponents).
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our services.
  • Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate other players.
  • Do not use offensive, profane, deceptive, or infringing nicknames or content. Nicknames containing profanity or inappropriate language will be rejected and may result in account action.
  • Do not bypass security controls or interfere with matchmaking integrity.

5. Fair Play and Enforcement

We may investigate suspicious activity and take action including warnings, score resets, matchmaking restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

6. Video Content and Third-Party Sources

Videos shown in-game may come from third-party platforms. Ownership and rights to that content remain with their respective owners.

ReelBrawl does not grant you rights to reuse or redistribute third-party content outside normal gameplay.

ReelBrawl is not responsible for third-party platform outages, removals, policy actions, or content changes outside our control.

7. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain reliability, security, or legal compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, match history, leaderboard entry, or account state.

8. Paid Features, Pricing, and Fee Changes

ReelBrawl may introduce paid features, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium access at any time.

We may change, add, remove, or reprice plans, features, or billing models at our sole discretion. Unless required otherwise by law, fee changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle or when you make a new purchase.

Continued use of paid features after a pricing update means you accept the updated price.

9. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

If you purchase paid access, you must provide accurate billing details and maintain a valid payment method.

Where subscriptions are offered, they may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated.

We may suspend or limit paid access for failed, reversed, or disputed payments.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

ReelBrawl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, ranking position, or gameplay access.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ReelBrawl will not exceed the amount paid by you to use the service in the 12 months before the claim, or zero where the service is used free of charge.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of ReelBrawl after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
